You are considering paying six figures in yen to a company you found on the internet, which does not publish a street address, takes bookings over WhatsApp, and has no reviews on its own site. Those are reasonable things to be uneasy about. This page answers each of them directly rather than hoping you do not notice.
TOKYO SUPERCAR DRIVE is a brand of HITE UP Inc. (株式会社HITE UP), a company registered in Japan. It is run by Seiya Tanaka, a Tokyo car photographer who has been shooting at Daikoku PA since 2023 and whose work is public at @stututu_club_tokyo_ (33,000 followers). The same company runs STUTUTU CLUB TOKYO, which has verified customer reviews on Trustpilot. No payment is taken to request a booking, and nothing is charged until we have confirmed availability and spoken to you.
This is the detail that worries people most, so it goes first. The reason is mundane: the address is a private garage, not a shop front. There is no counter, no signage and nobody there during the day. Publishing it would invite people to turn up somewhere that cannot serve them, and it is also where two expensive cars are kept.
The full statutory disclosure required under Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引法) — which includes the address and the name of the responsible person — is provided on request. ⚖️ What you should expect from any operator. A Japanese business selling to consumers online must be able to give you a company name, a responsible person, an address and a phone number. If an operator cannot produce those on request, that is a red flag — with us or with anyone else.

Two reasons, one practical and one to your advantage.
The practical one: there are two cars and one driver. Availability is not a database query, it is a person checking whether the evening is free. A booking engine that accepts your money and then discovers the car is out would be worse than a conversation.
The one in your favour: no money changes hands until availability is confirmed. Requesting a booking costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Payment is arranged afterwards, in cash or by card. You are never asked to transfer a deposit to an account before anyone has spoken to you — and if any supercar operator in Tokyo does ask you for that, stop.

The structural point is that none of the driving risk transfers to you, because you never take the wheel. The cars are road-legal, registered and insured, and they are ours rather than rented in for the booking.
There is no street racing, no drifting, and no speed performed for a camera. We will not do it if you ask.
The Bayshore Route at night does not need any of that — it is an elevated expressway across Tokyo Bay at the legal limit and it is still the best part of the evening. A police stop would end your holiday plans and our business, and neither is worth a video clip. If what you are looking for is a fast run, this is the wrong booking and we would rather you knew now.
We also will not stop where stopping is illegal. Tokyo Tower's immediate surroundings, Shibuya Scramble and most of the bayside are no-stopping zones. Photo stops happen where parking is permitted, which is not always where the best photograph would be.

Ask whether you can drive, or whether Daikoku is guaranteed. The answers are no and no. An operator who says yes to either is telling you something useful.
