Our registered address is not published on this website. We will disclose it in writing, without delay, to anyone who requests it at the email address above.
The representative of HITE UP Inc. is Seiya Tanaka. Complaints and requests concerning your personal information should be sent to the same email address, and will be handled by him.

We do not ask for your passport number, your driving licence or your date of birth. Where a booking is paid by card, the card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored by us.
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google LLC, to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and collects your IP address, the pages you view, how long you stay, your approximate location at city level, and your device and browser type.
We use this only to see which of our guides are useful and where our visitors come from. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not run advertising on this site.
If you would rather not be measured, you can block cookies in your browser settings, use private browsing, or install Google's official opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking analytics does not affect your ability to browse this site or to make a booking.
Our website is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for marketing purposes. It is seen only by the following parties:
Google, Meta and Netlify are based outside Japan, which means some of your data is processed abroad, principally in the United States. We rely on the safeguards those companies publish for international transfers.
Booking records and the accounting records attached to them are kept for seven years, which is the retention period required of Japanese companies under the Corporation Tax Act. Enquiries that never became bookings are deleted within twelve months. WhatsApp conversations remain in the app until deleted; you can delete your side of the conversation at any time.
Under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information, you may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, to stop using it, or to delete it. Write to info@tokyo-supercar-drive.com and we will respond within a reasonable period, normally two weeks. There is no charge.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to receive a copy of your data in a portable format and the right to complain to your national data protection authority. We will honour those requests in the same way.
If you ask us to take photographs of you during your ride, we will send them to you and then delete our copies. We do not publish photographs of guests on this website or on social media unless you have given us clear permission to do so.
This website is served over HTTPS. Booking information is held in ordinary business systems protected by passwords and device encryption. No system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we do not retain more information than we need.
Our service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 without a parent or guardian arranging the booking.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing bookings will be communicated to the affected guests directly.
