Booking a ride costs nothing and commits you to nothing until 24 hours before departure. We would much rather you cancelled than felt trapped into a ride you no longer want.

To cancel, send us a message on WhatsApp or an email. A cancellation is effective from the moment you send it, not from the moment we read it.
We will cancel your ride and charge you nothing if a typhoon, heavy snow, earthquake, expressway closure, mechanical fault or driver illness makes the ride unsafe or impossible. In that situation you choose between a full refund and rescheduling to another date. Light rain is not a reason to cancel; the cars are driven in it regularly and the city looks better wet.
This is a chauffeured passenger experience. You ride as a passenger and a professional driver drives. No driving licence, no International Driving Permit and no driving experience are required, and guests are never permitted to drive the vehicles.
If you have already paid and then cancel more than 24 hours before departure, you receive a full refund. If you had not yet paid, nothing is charged. Refunds are returned by the same method you paid with, within seven business days of the cancellation.
The statutory cooling-off period under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions does not apply to this service, as bookings are made at the customer's own initiative through this website or by message rather than through door-to-door or telephone solicitation. The cancellation policy set out above applies instead.
Guests must be able to sit in a standard passenger seat wearing a seatbelt. Children may ride if accompanied by a booking adult and if they meet Japanese child-restraint requirements; please tell us the child's age when you enquire so we can confirm. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone whose condition or behaviour would make the ride unsafe for the driver or for other road users.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Tokyo.
