Most supercar experiences in Tokyo are run by rental companies that added a tour, or by tour companies that rented a car. This one is run by a photographer who was already out there at night, and who bought the cars.
TOKYO SUPERCAR DRIVE is operated by HITE UP Inc. (株式会社HITE UP), a company registered in Japan, and run day to day by Seiya — a Tokyo-based car photographer who has been shooting at Daikoku PA since 2023 and runs the Instagram account @stututu_club_tokyo_, which has 33,000 followers. The same company also operates STUTUTU CLUB TOKYO and GTR MAFIA TOKYO. The cars are ours, the driving is done by us, and nothing is subcontracted.
I'm Seiya. I'm a car photographer in Tokyo, and since 2023 I have been going out to Daikoku Parking Area at night to photograph whatever turns up. I post what I find to @stututu_club_tokyo_, which has grown to 33,000 followers.
The tours started because of a message I kept getting from people overseas: I'm coming to Tokyo — how do I actually see this? It is a fair question with an irritating answer, because Daikoku PA sits inside an expressway interchange. There is no station, no pedestrian entrance, no ticket, and taxi drivers frequently decline the route. I was going anyway. So I started taking people with me.
You may have found one of our other sites, and if you have, it is reasonable to wonder whether they are the same operation dressed up three ways. They are the same operation — the same company, the same person answering messages — and here is the honest reason they are separate.
They are different fleets for different people, at genuinely different prices, and putting them on one site made all three worse to read.

If you are three friends who want to be in the same car, or your budget is well under ¥100,000, one of the other two is the better answer and I would rather tell you that here than take a booking you regret. STUTUTU CLUB TOKYO also sells the identical supercar experience at the identical price, so there is no cheaper door — just a different front on the same building.
Because the two products are not the same evening, even though the route overlaps.
A GT-R at Daikoku makes you part of the scene. You arrive in something the people there respect, and conversations happen. A Ferrari 488 in Rosso Corsa or a matte black Revuelto does something different: it is the loudest, most photographed object in the car park, and the evening becomes about the car you are sitting in rather than the cars around you.
Both are worth doing. They are not interchangeable, and pricing them as if they were would have been dishonest.
I collect you from your hotel — not a meeting point, your hotel — and you get in the passenger seat. For the next hour, or three, I drive and you look at Tokyo.
Because photography is what I do for a living, it is not an afterthought. I know where the light falls at Tokyo Tower at 19:00 in December, which side of Rainbow Bridge photographs the skyline and which photographs the bay, and how to shoot a moving car from another car. You keep everything I take, at no extra cost, and you are welcome to post any of it.
You do not drive. You do not need a Japanese licence, an International Driving Permit, or any driving experience at all. There is no deposit and no insurance excess, because none of the risk is yours.
I will not stop where stopping is illegal, however good the photograph would be. Tokyo Tower's immediate surroundings, Shibuya Scramble and most of the bayside are no-stopping zones, and an expressway is an expressway.
I will not street race, drift, or demonstrate speed for a camera. The Bayshore Route at night does not need it, and nobody's holiday is worth a police stop.
I will not promise you that Daikoku PA will be open or busy. It is a public rest area with no organiser, and Kanagawa police close the entrance ramp on busy nights. What I will do is aim for it, tell you honestly what the odds look like for your date, and carry Umihotaru PA on the Aqua-Line as the alternative.
